Appointment Cancellation
Patients are requested to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellation
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to rescheduling priority limitations.
No-Show Policy
Repeated missed appointments without prior notice may require advance booking confirmation or advance payment for future appointments.
Clinic-Initiated Rescheduling
The Dental Suite reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Patients will be informed as early as possible and offered an alternative appointment.
