Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
Treatment Payments
Refund requests for treatment payments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of treatment and services already rendered.
Advance Payments
Advance payments for treatments may be refunded if cancellation is made before treatment commencement, subject to applicable administrative deductions.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.
